Job Title: Regional Sales Director NCR

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the National Capital Region (NCR). As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales operations, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth in NCR.
    • Ensure regional sales objectives align with the company's broader goals and vision.
    • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth areas in NCR.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including sales managers, agents, and support staff.
    • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities.
    • Set clear performance targets, monitor team achievements, and take necessary actions to ensure success.
  • Sales Operations and Performance Management:
    • Oversee daily sales operations, including lead generation, pipeline management, client meetings, and closing deals.
    • Ensure that the sales process is smooth, compliant with company policies, and focused on customer satisfaction.
    • Regularly assess sales performance and make adjustments to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, high-net-worth individuals, business partners, and stakeholders in NCR.
    • Represent the company in client presentations, high-level negotiations, and strategic discussions.
    • Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:
    • Stay informed of market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior in NCR to adjust sales tactics.
    • Utilize data and insights to refine sales strategies, targeting key areas for growth and development.
  • Collaboration Across Functions:
    • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
    • Provide feedback on marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product offerings to ensure they are tailored to the NCR market.
  • Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Generate regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales trends, challenges, and opportunities in NCR.
    • Manage regional sales budgets effectively and optimize resource allocation to maximize returns.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Experience:
    • At least 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
    • Deep understanding of the real estate market dynamics in NCR.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong leadership, team-building, and management skills.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and real estate market trends.
    • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.
  • Personal Traits:
    • Results-oriented, with a passion for achieving sales targets and growing business.
    • Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Estimated Salary: PHP 250,000 - PHP 350,000 per annum.
