Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive coordinator to manage projects across teams. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of scheduling, task tracking, and workflow alignment across teams.
  • Maintenance of documentation, SOPs, and project status updates.
  • Cross-functional coordination between strategy, creative, and data teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support for vendor and contractor onboarding, invoicing, and communication.
  • Identification of bottlenecks, proposal of process improvements, and support for leadership in operational decision-making.
  • Weekly operational reports on progress, resource allocation, and upcoming needs.

This role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.

Necessary Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of operations, project management, or administrative coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar).
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup with limited supervision.
