  • Coordinates closely with the client on the manpower requirement in the project, scope of work, tools and equipment needed in the project and ordering and monitoring of consumables consumption, if necessary.
  • Consolidate data to determine project requirements such as cost elements and prepare estimates, resources and schedules in alignment with Service Level Agreements with client.
  • Prepare project scope and development of Project Management Plan, Project Risk Management Plan and Project Change Management Plan for dissemination to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Prepare Project Table of Organization, Project Budget and Resource Schedule and ensure to submit to VP for Technical Operations and HR Head.
  • Coordinates with the Sales Department to ensure that pricing of consumables are within acceptable standards to ensure that costing and consumption of consumables are monitored to maintain profitability of the organization.
  • Coordinates with Procurement for the supplier of consumables, list of consumables and submits P.R for the ordering and purchasing of the materials needed for the project.
  • Submits MERF to the Documentation for review, record and approval of VP Technical Operations and ensures that the materials/consumables are already available at the work site or enroute at the time of deployment of the manpower at the start of the project to comply with the timeline set by the client.
  • Manages the deployment of manpower to the project sites based on the client's schedule and timeline.
  • Determines the need for additional or withdrawal manpower during the progress of the project as a control measure on the project cost expenditure.
  • Monitors the project's progress and ensures compliance with the timelines provided by the client and updates the client during catch-up meetings.
  • Informs the client the delays as well as the reasons for the delay and raises concerns and issues encountered during the progress of the activity.
  • Collates all billing documents from the clients such as but not limited to approved NTP and approved acceptance testing report immediately after the completion of the project and turnover of the facility/equipment to the client.
  • Collates all billing documents from the other departments in the company, such as but not limited to copy of the P.O. delivery receipt, before, during and after pictures of the project site and acceptance testing report after the installation and turnover of the facility to the client.
  • Checks the completeness of the billing documents and signatures to avoid delays in the billing of the project to the client.
  • Endorses the complete billing documents to Accounting for submission to the client for billing.
  • Plans the budget of the project and prepares budget requisition in relation to expenditure on transportation, accommodation, representation, meals, communication and other incidental expenses to be incurred at the project site during the duration of the project.
  • Monitors the expenditure of the budget tranche at the worksite and ensures that previously release budget are completely and timely liquidated.
  • Reviews and checks the submitted documents supporting the liquidations of the spent budget tranche to ensure that the expenditures are fully liquidated and the supporting documents are complete.
  • Negotiates with subcontractors for the provision of additional manpower needed in the on-going projects to meet the project timelines of the client.
  • Secures the services of subcontractors to supplement the manpower requirement in the project site, if necessary.
  • Prepares documentations and submits products for type-testing and type-approval with the clients before securing type-approval with the appropriate governmental agency/instrumentality charged with such process.
  • Manage the day-to-day performance of Project Controller and submit to HR Head the monthly KPI tracker report.
  • Ensures effective, productive and optimized use of resources.
  • Other projects/duties that may be assigned from time to time.
