Project Coordinator Role

The primary function of a Project Coordinator is to serve as the central point of contact for clients purchasing website products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients through the website production process until their site is launched.
  • Act as an intermediary between clients and the development team.
  • Maintain projects within scope and schedule.
  • Regularly report project progress to clients.

Additional duties include managing ongoing website projects, maintaining excellent customer relationships, tracking and resolving web issues, creating project status reports, understanding client goals, ensuring clients receive required services, supporting internal and client projects, coordinating with colleagues via phone and email, anticipating project errors before clients contact support, launching projects with minimal revisions from Quality Assurance, reviewing websites proactively for issues and revisions, and facilitating effective communication between clients and developers.

Requirements:
  • Experience in managing multiple clients or projects.
  • Background in art and design not required but beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral North American accent.
  • At least one year of customer support experience serving U.S./North American clients.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and WordPress a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability, eagerness to learn, goal-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
