Supporting an Architecture Manager

The role of the supporting assistant is to provide high-level administrative support to an architecture manager.


Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Manage email inbox, prioritize tasks, draft responses, and flag urgent messages for attention
  • Maintain organization across multiple task management systems, track pending items, and follow up on deadlines
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate project timelines, and maintain accurate calendar records
  • Organize and manage documents, reports, and other business materials

Requirements and Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role with a focus on organizational skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of architectural workflows and terminology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice
  • Familiarity with task management software such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar tools
