Project Coordinator Role

This role is responsible for facilitating the production process of client projects, acting as a liaison between clients and the production team to ensure timely completion within approved schedules.

Duties:

  • Project Coordination: Assist clients in managing their projects, ensuring they remain within scope and on track to meet deadlines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and coordination between clients and the production team to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Scope Management: Monitor and maintain project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Schedule Adherence: Ensure project timelines are met by coordinating with stakeholders and monitoring progress.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project outcomes.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review department performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably with a background in art and design.
  • Multiple Task Handling: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Customer Support Background: Background in customer support, particularly in North America, with at least 1 year of experience servicing customers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain and present technical information clearly.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with internet-related products such as web hosting and web design.
  • Adaptability: Highly adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Goal-Oriented: Goal-driven and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce and WordPress is highly desirable.
