About the Role
We are seeking an Adhoc Assistant Project Manager to support our events team from September to December 2025. This is a project-based role that will assist in coordinating and delivering events within set timelines and budgets. The role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a fast-paced assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Project Manager in planning and executing event projects.
 - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure requirements are met.
 - Monitor project schedules and help manage day-to-day logistics.
 - Support in budget monitoring, billing reviews, and vendor negotiations.
 - Handle administrative and operational tasks to keep projects on track.
 - Supervise on-site set-up, staff, and vendor activities during event days.
 - Provide assistance in post-event reporting and evaluation.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Business, or a related discipline.
 - At least 3 years of experience in event coordination or project management support.
 - Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
 - Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
 - Ability to work flexible hours and travel to event sites as needed.
 - A team player with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
 
IMPORTANT:
While this is a work-from-home arrangement, you shall be requested to attend a face to face meeting as needed.
