Talent acquisition and people operations are crucial for our organization's success. We're seeking a skilled Recruiter + People Operations Assistant to join our team.

This remote role offers the opportunity to take ownership of talent acquisition while ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end recruitment, utilizing ATS platforms, partnering with hiring managers, building a strong talent pipeline, and coordinating the offer process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the hiring process and provide data-driven insights.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and define role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate the offer process with our Legal Team.
People Operations
  • Support onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
  • Manage and update employee records using HR systems.
  • Collaborate on performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.
  • Support additional culture, people operations, and HR initiatives as-needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment and people operations.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a creative or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems like Rippling.
  • Previous work experience in a remote-first or globally distributed team environment.
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools.
  • Interest in supporting office setup and development.
