Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Hiring Process Management: Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, define role requirements, and manage the hiring process from start to finish.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Onboarding Support: Provide support to new hires during the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Employee Records Management: Manage and update employee records using HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and people operations.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and familiarity with platforms like Workable or Greenhouse.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
