  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment efforts for various roles, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and define role requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate offer processes and support onboarding initiatives.
  • Collaborate on performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment and people operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with platforms like Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
