Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to source, identify, and hire top talent across various industries. This dynamic opportunity for a remote professional involves conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conducting initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Managing candidate databases and tracking key recruitment metrics to ensure efficient hiring processes.
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Assisting with job advertising, ensuring targeted posts reach the right audience.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Providing exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process, maintaining clear and prompt communication.
Requirements
  • An enthusiastic approach to connecting with people and understanding their backgrounds and experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on all recruitment activities.
  • Ability to quickly learn about various roles and communicate the company's needs to candidates.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.
  • A fully remote position offering flexibility in work location.
  • A full-time position with semi-flexible working hours, at least 4 hours overlap with EST (8 AM to 12 NN ET).
