About the JobThis HR/Admin Officer position plays a crucial role in managing key HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work atmosphere by ensuring clarity on company policies.
- Support recruitment and onboarding, assist in talent acquisition, and keep job descriptions up to date.
- E nsure compliance with labor laws and company standards, handle basic compliance tasks, monitor government mandates, and assist with disciplinary actions as needed.
- Oversee timely and accurate remittance of statutory contributions and manage all government-related requirements.
- Assist with payroll data entry, timekeeping, and address payroll questions while maintaining confidentiality.
- Manage office supplies, oversee office maintenance, and ensure a safe, well-functioning workspace.
- Assist in preparations, document management, and logistical support for events and meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions, Philippine labor laws, and compliance standards; familiarity with National Wage guidelines is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR operations with a good grasp of HR best practices.
- Proficient in interpersonal and English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff at all levels.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to assist in coordinating company events and meetings.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
