High-Level Administrative Support Professional for CEO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Level Administrative Support Professional to provide exceptional support to our CEO. This role requires a well-organized, detail-oriented individual who can handle a wide range of administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism.
About the Role
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the CEO's office. Key responsibilities include:
- Email and Inbox Management: Manage the CEO's email inbox, prioritize communications, and respond accordingly.
- Minute and Action Taking: Attend key meetings, take minutes, and ensure actions are followed up on in a timely manner.
- Task Management: Utilize Zoho One suite of modules for CRM, Projects, Marketing, and Task management to efficiently manage tasks and projects.
- Business Writing: Prepare business documents, reports, and presentations as required by the CEO.
- Event Planning: Organize, plan, and manage client-related events, including dinners, roundtable lunches, and partner events.
- Payroll, HR Management, and General Administration: Provide support with payroll, HR management, and general administrative tasks as needed.
- Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts, including managing the LinkedIn account, email distribution marketing (EDM), and webinars.
Requirements
We are looking for a professional with at least 2-4+ years of direct hands-on experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, be able to work independently, and commit to long-term employment. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information are essential.
Salary
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of PHP 120,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding its employees fairly.
