We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team at Simon Agribusiness Corporation.
About the Role:This role is responsible for coordinating with clients, overseeing job orders, ensuring quality standards are met, processing payroll computations for production teams, addressing employee concerns, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Coordination: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring seamless communication throughout the job order process.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor job orders to guarantee adherence to established quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Payroll Computation: Accurately calculate and process payroll for production team members, ensuring timely payments and compliance with company policies.
- Employee Support: Respond promptly to employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support to resolve issues efficiently.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory management, personnel files, orders, supplies, and maintenance documentation.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Previous experience in HR and administrative work is desirable, but not essential.
