About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our day-to-day operations. As an Office Support Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration, document handling, and accounts receivable processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling inquiries and supporting senior staff during their fieldwork.
  • Assist with follow-up calls to customers and understand collection workflows.
  • Build skills in managing incoming shipments and documents, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Enhance professional communication by interacting with customers and internal teams to support collections and office management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or similar; coursework in business administration, office administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • No prior experience required; previous administrative or clerical experience is beneficial.
