We're currently seeking a skilled Human Resources and Administrative Support Specialist to join our Cebu team. The Human Resources and Administrative Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing key HR and administrative functions, driving organizational success. This position involves handling employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and office management. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address employee concerns and questions, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure clarity on company policies.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding, assist in talent acquisition, and keep job descriptions up-to-date.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards; handle basic compliance tasks, monitor government mandates, and assist with disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Oversee timely and accurate remittance of statutory contributions and manage all government-related requirements.
  • Assist with payroll data entry, timekeeping, and address payroll questions while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Manage office supplies, oversee office maintenance, and ensure a safe, well-functioning workspace.
  • Assist in preparations, document management, and logistical support for events and meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of core HR functions, Philippine labor laws, and compliance standards; familiarity with National Wage guidelines is a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR operations with a good grasp of HR best practices.
  • Proficient in interpersonal and English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to assist in coordinating company events and meetings.
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Competitive salary based on your expertise (PHP 35,000 - PHP 55,000 per month).
