About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at Datamatics Careers in the Philippines.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 1 year or more of experience in administrative roles, with a strong background in office management and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential. Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person, are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, scanning documents, and processing business licenses and LGU permits applications and renewals.
  • Facilities Management: Manage day-to-day operations of facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and guards, supporting the implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Process new hire company credentials and access.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform and assist on ad hoc tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 year or more
  • Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Knowledge of office management and systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Estimated Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - PHP 50,000 per month
