**Job Description:
This role involves working as an Executive Assistant in the Audit department, reporting directly to the Senior Officer/Supervisor. Key responsibilities include:
- Applying knowledge of technical concepts to tasks within own area of responsibility.
- Independently identifying and resolving basic technical problems or issues in own area of responsibility.
- Learning about issues affecting own role and business unit as a result of working within an independent public accounting firm.
- FOLLOWING administrative policies and practices; planning, organizing, performing work, and completing assignments on a timely basis and in a form suitable for review.
- Providing clients with quality service; respecting and maintaining the confidentiality of all matters relative to the Firm and its clients.
- Managing relationships with clients and implementing an agreed client relationship management program.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related field, preferably with a focus on accounting.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a corporate set-up, preferably in internal audit or auditing firms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
