As a business growth specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and crafting personalized outreach messages to potential clients. Your research skills and ability to connect with key decision-makers will play a crucial role in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on target industries and personas to understand their needs and preferences.
- Outreach Strategy Development: Craft highly personalized emails and LinkedIn messages that resonate with your prospects.
- Lead Qualification & Scheduling: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to determine their interest in our solutions and schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales team.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Log all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and lead information in the CRM system to track personal performance against KPIs.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales role, preferably within the software/technology industry.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to generate leads and schedule meetings through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, social selling).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive outreach.
- Strong research skills to effectively personalize outreach.
- Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in handling rejection.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume outreach across multiple channels.
- Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Experience targeting industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Logistics, or Online Retail.
