This is a dynamic and challenging role that involves leading initiatives to drive new partnerships, expand market presence, and contribute to company growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with hotel and property owners, as well as other potential partners.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, proposals, and contracts to consistently meet or exceed quota targets.
- Develop tailored quotes and proposals that align with client needs and objectives.
- Apply critical thinking during planning and negotiation phases to ensure successful outcomes.
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships by providing continuous support and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster collaboration and trust.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales acquisition strategies to expand the company's reach.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular progress reports and business updates directly to the Cluster Business Development Manager.
- Contribute insights to improve sales processes, client engagement strategies, and business development programs.
- Support and mentor junior members of the business development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements and projects.
- Actively contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of business development or sales experience preferred — but fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and changing requirements.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Compelling sales personality with a hunger to chase and close new business.
- Highly focused, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to start immediately is a plus.
