
Strategic Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Manager to drive our customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies across various channels. As a strategic leader, you will develop and execute CRM initiatives that foster meaningful connections with our customers.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading CRM efforts in retail or e-commerce, with hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving results-oriented projects.
- Proficiency in SQL is an added advantage.
