
Successful Customer Relationship Manager

We help global leaders strengthen customer relationships through customer success, renewals, inside sales, and channel management. Now, we're seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of customer interactions via phone and email
- Conduct customer health checks and capture the Voice of the Customer
- Build product knowledge to handle questions, objections, and customer concerns
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Document customer feedback and track satisfaction metrics
Requirements:
We seek an experienced professional with at least 1 year of Customer Success experience. Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus. Ideal candidates should also have experience in onboarding new clients or product users, client management, conducting health checks, and client business reviews. Prior success in achieving individual and/or team sales quota/goals is a must.
