Job Overview
The Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails, drafting correspondence and organizing inbox with precision.
- Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and maintain the calendar with attention to detail.
- Assist with data entry, document management, and file organization to ensure seamless workflow.
- Coordinate with team members and provide customer service support to deliver outstanding results.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers (optional) to expand our online presence.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking as needed to maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain confidential information and adhere to data protection protocols at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to excel in this position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace to streamline tasks.
- Experience with task management and communication tools like Teams, Zoom, AroFlo, Asana, or Trello is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and basic content management to enhance online presence.
Work Environment and Schedule:
This is an office-based job in Angeles City, requiring full-time commitment of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with fixed weekends off and guaranteed morning shifts.
