
Strategic Customer Advocate

We're looking for a seasoned professional to drive customer success and serve as a trusted partner to our valued clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction and adoption goals, with 3-7 years of direct enterprise-level customer success experience.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and champion their needs, sharing deep product knowledge and providing innovative solutions.
- Proactively drive adoption across our product technology stack to ensure customers maximize ROI and mitigate churn risk.
- Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for our most valued customers.
- Drive customer success by developing strong relationships and serving as a trusted partner.

- Manage Adoption Campaigns through regular updates in Salesforce.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating QBRs, executing on mutual success plans, addressing technical demands, and escalating issues in a timely manner.
- Mitigate churn risk and protect portfolio MRR growth.
- Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for our most valued customers.
- 3-7 years of direct enterprise-level customer success experience.
- Proven track record of success with a verifiable history of exceeding customer satisfaction and adoption goals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and dot-connecting skills with the ability to develop quick, accurate situational awareness.
- Enterprise-ready, solution-oriented mindset to understand and solve complex customer issues.
- Experience interacting with and influencing C-level executives.
