The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality research and present information in a clear and concise manner. Experience working in an educational setting is essential, along with proficiency in productivity software, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Slack.

  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conveying important information and updates while maintaining professionalism and clarity.
  • Research: Conduct high-level research under consultant directives and guidance to support client needs, presenting findings in a client-friendly format and updating as needed.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, update, and maintain comprehensive client information to facilitate personalized services while protecting sensitive data against unauthorized access.
  • Administration and Logistics: Coordinate and oversee daily office activities, monitor and support administrative and logistical processes, handle incoming and outgoing client communications, direct inquiries to the appropriate College Team member, and provide comprehensive administrative support.

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing strategic solutions.
  • Productivity Software Proficiency: Proficiency in productivity software, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, and similar platforms.
  • Experience in Educational Settings: Experience engaging and dealing with diverse children, teenagers, young adults, and their families in educational settings.
