Tech Support Specialist

Are you passionate about technology and customer support?
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Consultant.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a global client base, provide exceptional customer support, and be part of a multicultural and multilingual environment.
The ideal candidate will have native Dutch and English B2 communication skills, at least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, and personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain.
In addition, the successful candidate will have experience providing support via live chats, CRM systems, and analytical and research skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
