Customer Support Role">

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our global team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service via chats and emails, building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.

You will be responsible for meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology. Additionally, you will securely work with customers' sensitive information and apply the latest customer happiness practices.

Maintaining working knowledge of our products and services is crucial in this role. You will also communicate effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies.

  • Native Chinese and English upper intermediate (B2 level)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience with live chats and emails
  • Personal or professional experience in crypto
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
