We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical support professional to join our team. As a technical support representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance and troubleshooting services to our clients across various industries.
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to technical inquiries, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity, and guiding users through solutions with patience and professionalism.
Key skills required for this role include strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as well as prior call center experience and a high-speed internet connection.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and self-manage effectively, and possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures
