Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across every interaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Support customers via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales orders and enter customer data accurately in CRM systems
  • Follow up on inbound leads and quote requests to help convert interest into sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related B2B role (experience in electronics or manufacturing is an asset)
  • Excellent communication skills in English — both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar platforms) preferred
  • Tech-savvy and able to support customers using digital tools and e-commerce systems
