Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical support specialist to join our team. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to customers via various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support via calls, chats, and emails
- Resolve complex technical issues and inquiries in a timely manner
- Gather detailed information to ensure efficient resolution of technical problems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services to provide informed support
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information securely
- Collaborate with developers and other teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level for both spoken and written)
- Previous experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role is mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Fundamental knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VPNs, firewalls, and cloud networking
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience working with ISPs
- A customer-centric attitude and high level of responsibility
- Experience with CRM systems like Zendesk
- Experience working with engineers
- Degree in computer science or information technology
- Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco technologies
