Job Title: Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, helping them troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also be able to situationally adapt and understand new technology and processes as required by our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat, resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Research and analyze complex technical issues, identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge base articles to assist customers in troubleshooting common issues.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office.
