Key Role:

A Support Engineer and QA Specialist ensures seamless customer experiences through proficient technical support and rigorous quality assurance.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex issues escalated from the customer service team, conducting thorough investigations, reviewing system logs, and testing app functionalities.
  • Contribute to pre-release QA cycles, testing app builds on both physical devices and simulators, running manual tests across key user journeys and edge cases, and collaborating in the design and maintenance of automated test suites.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers when necessary, providing internal support agents with concise explanations, fixes, and documentation.
Required Skills:
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) – essential for effective support and cross-team collaboration.
  • Previous experience in a consumer or business app environment, demonstrated ability to provide effective technical support or QA testing in a fast-moving software development team.
  • Comfortable with on-device app testing (iOS/Android) and simulators/emulators, familiarity with test automation tools or willingness to learn.
