Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our consumers.

This role involves working within an ITIL-aligned Service Desk team to create a positive consumer experience. You will interact with consumers at various levels in the organization, monitor incidents, and ensure proper handling and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within a Service Desk team aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical skills.
  • Monitor and manage incident queue, request ticketing system, and update consumers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with experience as an IT Service Provider.
  • At least 3 years of experience in fixing software and hardware issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience using service desk ticketing tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow experience is beneficial.
