
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our consumers.
This role involves working within an ITIL-aligned Service Desk team to create a positive consumer experience. You will interact with consumers at various levels in the organization, monitor incidents, and ensure proper handling and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within a Service Desk team aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical skills.
- Monitor and manage incident queue, request ticketing system, and update consumers.
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles for future reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with experience as an IT Service Provider.
- At least 3 years of experience in fixing software and hardware issues.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using service desk ticketing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow experience is beneficial.
