Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving technical issues efficiently.

This position is tailored for experienced professionals with great communication skills backed by solid technical knowledge. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress and is passionate about providing top-tier customer support.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, as well as guiding customers on how to use specific products by answering their questions and providing correct information and clear instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Identify and fix problems that customers have on their sites, and provide detailed bug reports for developers.
  • Provide exceptional customer support: Assist customers through ticket and live chat based help desk systems, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments: Continuously learn and develop skills to stay current with important changes in the WordPress ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Hands-on experience with WordPress: A deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem and its various components.
  • Excellent communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-solving skills: A proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in creating well-structured HTML documents, implementing CSS, and working with JavaScript and PHP.
  • Caching and performance optimization: Experience with caching and performance optimization techniques to improve website speed and efficiency.
