Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues? We are seeking a skilled Remote Technical Support Specialist to join our team
As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to customers via various communication channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of networking and cybersecurity concepts. Prior experience in tech support or a related field is highly desirable.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries of varying complexities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and resolve technical issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction through every interaction
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
- Prior experience in technical support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Basic understanding of networking (VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking) and cybersecurity concepts
- Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM systems like Zendesk
- Previous experience working with engineers
- Degree in computer science or information technology
- Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco
