Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Documentation of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
  • Participation in training sessions to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
  • Development of support resources, such as knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical clients.
Requirements
  • Enrollment in a college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in technology and a desire to learn about software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Loves solving problems and an analytical person.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with operating systems and basic networking concepts is a plus.
