Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Hunters Hub Incorporated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Active Directory, MS 365, PC troubleshooting, and network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Helpdesk support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule.
  • Fluency in English and French (bonus for native French speakers).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Azure Active Directory, Exchange, and Distribution lists.
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting and VPN concepts.
