Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Director's meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely follow-up.
- Organize and maintain company documents and records, guaranteeing easy access and compliance.
- Handle both digital and physical filing, implementing efficient categorization systems.
- Collaborate with consultants to collect and file necessary records in a timely manner.
- Manage project files, ensuring current and well-organized documentation.
- Support the Director in documenting key project updates and milestones.
- Provide additional support to the Director as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
