Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Director's meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely follow-up.
  • Organize and maintain company documents and records, guaranteeing easy access and compliance.
  • Handle both digital and physical filing, implementing efficient categorization systems.
  • Collaborate with consultants to collect and file necessary records in a timely manner.
  • Manage project files, ensuring current and well-organized documentation.
  • Support the Director in documenting key project updates and milestones.
  • Provide additional support to the Director as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
