AIM is committed to excellence in management education and research. We seek an experienced professional to join our team as Senior Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of sales strategies to drive enrollment and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement business development and sales initiatives across AIM's programs.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute sales activities, ensuring alignment with program goals.
  3. Lead a team of Student Recruitment Supervisors to deliver effective recruitment and admissions services, meeting enrollment targets.
  4. Develop and implement recruitment and admission processes, ensuring compliance with AIM's policies and standards.
  5. Ensure exceptional customer service to applicants and enquirers, processing applications and queries promptly.
  6. Maintain accurate and updated information on recruitment and admission-related collaterals, supporting the implementation of recruitment projects and events.
Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management or related field.

At least 5 years' experience in business development and/or sales.

Proven track record in driving sales growth, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong business acumen.
