About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to join our team and drive business growth through strategic initiatives and strong relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our enterprise segment.
  • Built lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and HR heads.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and meet business objectives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in selling HR tech and/or talent services to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients and partners at various events, showcasing our company's value proposition.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales leadership or executive roles.
  • Strong network in Metro Manila or nearby areas.
