Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various administrative tasks, including encoding company transactions and dispatching items when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the encoding of all company transactions
- Assist in the dispatching of items in the absence of the Dispatching Officer
- Support with various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Previous experience in an administrative setting would be an asset.
