Job Overview

Primover Consultancy Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HSE-Culture Transformation Team, Team Malasakit, and Office of the President.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process purchase requisitions and payment orders efficiently.
  • Assist in coordinating administrative functions, including logistical requirements for HSE-Culture Transformation activities, such as ocular inspections for events venues, travel arrangements, and other event management tasks.
  • Maintain and organize physical documents, stock of office supplies, and mail services.
  • Provide administrative support to members of the HSE-Culture Transformation Team, Team Malasakit, and Office of the President.
Requirements
  • Any 4-year course.
  • At least 2 years' experience as an Admin Assistant.
  • Ability to work with any gender who meets the qualifications.
