Job Title: Administrative Staff
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Staff to join our team at Anytime Cleaners Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including filing, encoding, reporting, and other clerical duties.
- Office Maintenance: Handle and manage all office maintenance tasks, including construction of office spaces, equipment maintenance, renovations, and air-conditioning maintenance.
- Company IDs: Assign company IDs to internal and deployed employees before official deployment or during contract signing and orientation.
- Bill Management: Monitor and manage company rentals, contract of lease renewal, and requisition of PDCs or payments.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment, and techniques.
- Purchasing and Inventory: Responsible for the purchasing of company uniforms, requesting payments, distributing, and releasing both internal and deployed employees.
- Supply Management: Order company supplies for Stellar 167 Manpower and its affiliates, generate reports, maintain supplies inventory, and submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects, manage bookings, and supplier/contact lists.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: College degree in HRDM/Management or related courses.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, good communication skills in writing and speaking, and at least 1 year of experience in the same field.
- Personal Qualities: Keen to details, can work under pressure, effective team player, and have a motorcycle (a plus).
