- Provide top-notch technical support via calls, chats, and emails
- Resolve complex technical issues with precision and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Continuously develop and expand your technical knowledge to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
- Prior experience in tech support or a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including VPNs, firewalls, and cloud-based services
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
The following qualifications would be advantageous:
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Zendesk
- Experience working with engineers and technical teams
- Relevant degree in computer science or information technology
- Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco technologies
