We are seeking a passionate and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via chats and emails.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to build positive relationships with customers, meet team KPIs, and stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing customer support via chats and emails

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Native level English language skills (B2 or higher)
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is highly desirable
- Experience providing support via live chats
- Experience with CRM systems
- Analytical and research skills
- A positive and responsible attitude
