Technical Support Specialist Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of technical support experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and creatively
