Technical Support Specialist Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of technical support experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and creatively
