Excellent Customer Support Representative

The primary goal of the Customer Service Representative is to provide excellent customer support via various channels, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of routine issues related to client products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer service that meets contractual standards
- Clarify customer requirements, use decision-support tools to resolve issues effectively
- Listen attentively to customer needs, demonstrate empathy and build rapport
- Greet customers professionally using agreed-upon procedures
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
- Prepare accurate work, document accounts as required
- Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Track and retrieve information in a database
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or more senior staff
Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma with relevant experience preferred
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
- Effective communication, both written and verbal
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Skilled in multi-tasking, flexibility, and adaptability
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as a team member and independently
- Patient in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant tone and manner
- Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
