Customer Service Representative Job Description

This position is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others and are skilled in communication. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve product usage issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Respond to customer inquiries: Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and occasional phone support within agreed SLAs.
  • Onboarding & Education: Guide new users through platform setup and onboarding steps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to communicate customer challenges, needs, and expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer Support Experience: 2+ years of customer support experience (ideally in SaaS or tech-driven environments).
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English; clear, friendly, and professional communication style.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong ability to diagnose problems and walk customers through solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar.
