
Senior Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Transaction Specialist with a strong background in real estate transactions. This professional will join our remote team and contribute to the success of our organization by ensuring timely submission of all paperwork, maintaining organized digital records, and communicating effectively with all parties involved in the transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process real estate transactions from start to finish, handling all aspects of title work, closings, and documentation review.
- Collaborate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to obtain necessary documents and information.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal requirements and procedural guidelines.
- Prepare files for closing, coordinate deadlines, and update transaction statuses in a timely manner.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate transactions, preferably with a focus on title work and closings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital tools, email, and document management systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
