This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to real estate teams, working from home and collaborating with team members. You will assist in managing emails, calendars, and CRM systems, document preparation, organization, and transaction-related duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing emails, calendars, and CRM systems
- Preparing and organizing documents related to real estate transactions
- Collaborating with the Transaction Coordinator on reports and transaction-related duties
- Maintaining client engagement through regular communications
- Ensuring accurate records of client interactions and transaction information
- Overseeing and maintaining client data in the CRM system
You will work closely with team members to support administrative needs, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. This role is ideal for those who are detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills.
Requirements- Previous experience in real estate support or a fast-paced admin role
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
- Familiarity with social media management software is a plus
- Able to secure required technical setup
